About Elena
Where passion meets purpose
Elena Sinel is an award-winning AI keynote speaker, founder of Teens in AI, FRSA and advocate for responsible, inclusive technology.
Her work sits at the intersection of AI education, ethics, entrepreneurship and social impact, helping organisations, educators and leaders think more clearly about who gets to shape the future of technology.

Responsible innovation should be at the core of every business
Her journey
The story behind the work
Elena’s journey began in international development, where she spent years working across Central Asia, the Balkans and Africa. Those experiences shaped her commitment to creating opportunities for young people and widening access to education, technology and entrepreneurship.
The mission became deeply personal when she saw how early assumptions and structural barriers could limit confidence and opportunity. That experience sharpened her belief that technology should expand access, not reinforce exclusion.
In 2018, Elena founded Teens in AI at the UN AI for Good Global Summit with a clear vision: to inspire young people worldwide to use artificial intelligence for social good, and to build a more responsible, inclusive future from the start.
“Technology should expand access, not reinforce exclusion.”
